She has since dedicated over a decade to North Downs Specialist Referrals (NDSR), a leading multidisciplinary small animal referral centre.<\/p><p>During her time at NDSR, Francesca spent six years specialising as a static internal medicine and cardiology nurse, where she was able to gain experience in managing complex medical cases. Alongside her clinical work, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Clinical and Professional Veterinary Nursing with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), deepening her interest in evidence-based practice and clinical leadership.<\/p><p>Her career has since progressed through several leadership roles, including Lead Wards Supervisor, where she oversaw the care of hospitalised inpatients and supported the development of the wards nursing team.
