Nach mehrj\u00e4hriger Leitung der Notaufnahme ist sie heute stellvertretende Leiterin der An\u00e4sthesie und verantwortet die strukturierte Ausbildung von Assistenz\u00e4rzt:innen und TFA in den Bereichen Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin sowie An\u00e4sthesie. Zudem koordiniert sie Journal Clubs, Morbidit\u00e4ts- und Mortalit\u00e4tskonferenzen und ist im Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement aktiv.<\/p><p>Ihr Studium der Veterin\u00e4rmedizin absolvierte sie an der LMU M\u00fcnchen, wo sie 2020 im Fachbereich Pulmologie promovierte. Es folgten klinische Stationen an der Medizinischen Kleintierklinik der LMU und der Tierklinik Oberhaching mit Schwerpunkt auf der Versorgung kritisch kranker Patienten, der Anwendung lokoregionaler An\u00e4sthesieverfahren und notfallmedizinischem Ultraschall. Erg\u00e4nzt wird ihre Ausbildung durch Hospitationen an spezialisierten tiermedizinischen Einrichtungen im In- und Ausland.<\/p><p>Dr. Grotheer-Fink ist eine erfahrene Referentin mit den Schwerpunkten Kleintieran\u00e4sthesie, Intensivmedizin und Pulmologie.
