After graduating, he worked for two years in small animal general practice where he developed a strong interest in oncology. Andy then undertook a rotating internship followed by an ECVIM oncology residency at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), United Kingdom. He is an EBVS\u00ae European Veterinary Specialist and RCVS Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Oncology, and currently works as a lecturer in veterinary oncology at the RVC.<\/p><p>Andy\u2019s clinical interests include canine mast cell tumours, sentinel lymph node mapping, and novel diagnostic and therapeutic methods. In addition to his clinical work Andy teaches undergraduate veterinary students, supervises oncology residents, and undertakes research. He has completed a post-graduate certificate in veterinary education.<\/p><p>Andy has published multiple research papers in peer-reviewed journals, and is Associate Editor of the new \u2018Veterinary Oncology\u2019 journal.
