Food Hygiene of Animal Origin Products\nFull Professor of Veterinary Pathology\nUniversity of Pisa (Italy)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5144c0cf elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"5144c0cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-795ff41a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"795ff41a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Carlo Cantile si \u00e8 laureato in Medicina Veterinaria alla Facolt\u00e0 di Medicina Veterinaria dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Pisa nel luglio 1988.<\/p><p>Ha conseguito il diploma post-laurea in \u201cIspezione e igiene degli alimenti di origine animale\u201d nel 1991 e una formazione post-laurea in neuropatologia veterinaria in Svizzera e negli Stati Uniti.<\/p><p>Attualmente \u00e8 Professore Ordinario di Anatomia Patologia e Autopsia ed \u00e8 responsabile del servizio di necroscopia presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Veterinarie dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa.<\/p><p>La sua principale area di ricerca \u00e8 la patologia del sistema nervoso centrale e periferico e la patologia muscolare degli animali domestici. Invitato a numerose presentazioni e corsi nazionali e internazionali, \u00e8 autore di oltre 90 pubblicazioni peer-reviewed in patologia veterinaria; autore del capitolo \u201cNervous System\u201d della 6a e 7a edizione del libro di testo Jubb, Kennedy &amp; Palmer, Pathology of Domestic Animals; co-autore del libro \u201cNeuropatologia e Neuroimaging\u201d; referee di numerose riviste scientifiche internazionali; editor advisor del Journal of Comparative Pathology dal 2008.<\/p><p>\u00c8 stato tutor di diversi studenti post-dottorato e resident per il conseguimento del diploma dell&#8217;European College of Veterinary Neurology.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DVM, Dipl.
