She currently serves as the Lead Oncology Nurse at Southfields Veterinary Specialists, a role she has held since 2021. In this position, she leads the oncology nursing team, ensuring excellence in clinical care, safety protocols, and patient-focused treatment for oncology patients.<\/span><\/p> In addition to her clinical leadership role, Susan is a Subject Matter Expert for Oncology Nursing on the Linnaeus Clinical Board, a position she has held since 2023. In this capacity, she contributes to the development of national clinical standards and training initiatives across the Linnaeus group, with a particular emphasis on oncology safety and education.<\/p> Her previous roles include serving as Senior Oncology Nurse at Southfields Veterinary Specialists (2018\u20132021), and Head of Medical Nursing \/ Deputy Head Nurse at VRCC, where she was instrumental in leading nursing teams and advancing care standards in internal medicine and oncology.
