Dr. Stefanie Schaich-Willmertinger obtained her veternary degree and doctoral titel from Ludwig-Maximilians University (LMU) Munich, Germany. She completed a rotating internship at the Clinic for Small Animal Surgery and Reproduction in 2023. Currently, she is pursuing a residency in Veterinary Oncology (ECVIM-CA) at the Small Animal Clinic of LMU Munich. Her professional interests include clincal oncology, cancer diagnostics, chemotherapy and clinical research in veterinary oncology. She is actively involved in research, training of students in the field of veterinary oncology and postgraduate veterinary education, as well as the consultation of pet owners and referring veterianarinas to identify the most appropriate oncologic treatment options for their patients.
