I authorise Estudios Veterinarios SL, and its representatives, employees, affiliates, and authorised contractors (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), to use my image, voice, name, and any statements or testimonials I may give, captured in photographs, video, or audio recordings, for the following purposes:
- Advertising and promotional use
- Social media content (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Corporate video and multimedia material
- Printed or digital publications, including the website and brochures
- Internal and external brand communication
This consent includes the right to edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such images or recordings, without any present or future financial compensation.
Scope of Consent
I understand that:
- The Company may use the material across various platforms, nationally or internationally.
- The content may be stored in the Company’s archives indefinitely and reused in future materials.
- I will not have the right to review or approve the final materials before publication.
- I may withdraw my consent at any time by notifying the Company in writing, although this will not affect uses that have already occurred prior to the withdrawal.
Waiver of Rights
I waive any claim to copyright or ownership of the resulting content, acknowledging that all rights are held by the Company.
