Emily started working in veterinary in 2014 and qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2020. She continued working in a busy first opinion practice before moving to referral nursing in 2022. Two years later she went on to complete a certificate in Anaesthesia.

Emily is currently working at Eastcott Referral Hospital in Swindon, England as the Lead Anaesthesia Nurse, working closely with anesthetists to ensure the safety of patients being anaesthetised throughout the hospital. 

Outside of work Emily enjoys reading, bird watching and hiking with her wife and their three dogs.
