‘Kostas qualified from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. After practising in Greece as a first opinion practitioner for five years, he decided to move to the UK and specialise in Veterinary Oncology. After two years in general practice in South West Wales, he undertook a rotating and oncology internship at the Animal Health Trust, followed by a residency in small animal oncology at the University of Liverpool. Kostas acquired his European Diploma in small animal Veterinary Oncology in April 2022.

Kostas’ main interests are in haemopoietic malignancies and their management. He is also interested in the multimodal approach to malignancies in order to provide quality time for patients with their families.

Outside of work, Kostas enjoys spending time with family, studying, playing basketball and technology.’
