Molly gained her Certificate in Zoological Medicine in 2001 and her Diploma in Zoological Medicine (Mammalian) in 2007. Molly has been the head of the Referral Exotics Department at a large multidisciplinary hospital in Merseyside.

Outside of clinical work, Molly is the author of the Textbook of Rabbit Medicine (2^nd and 3^rd Editions). She has also contributed to the BSAVA Manuals of Rabbit Medicine and Surgery, Guinea Pig Medicine and Surgery, Reptile Medicine and Surgery (2^nd and 3^rd Editions) Wildlife Medicine and Practical Welfare. She has contributed also to the Textbook of Ferret, Rabbit and Rodents, Medicine and Surgery, as well as the Manual of Exotic Pet Practice. Molly is an experienced lecturer and teacher and has presented lectures all over the UK, as well as in the US and Europe. Molly is also the Veterinary Advisor for Supreme Petfoods.
